Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you'll own a major product area within the Nylas product portfolio, continuously refining the product vision based on customer, market, and internal feedback, and translating it into a prioritized roadmap. You will build a strong understanding of the market and competition, turning insights into actionable outcomes. Partnering closely with Engineering, you'll navigate trade-offs, sequencing, and risk, ensuring high quality and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, and you'll work with PMM, Design, Docs, Sales, CSM, and Support teams to maintain trust. The role involves learning technical matters, understanding, and communicating them effectively. Demonstrated execution in fast-paced environments with strong ownership is essential, along with a creative mindset.
