Client Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive business development efforts to acquire and retain clients. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Execute targeted growth strategies in mid-large corporates.

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams ensuring clarity. Set clear KPIs and targets aligned to regulatory compliance. Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
