Freelance QA Automation (.NET Core, Angular) - Remote

Translate test cases to automated tests using C#, Javascript for GUI / API tests, adhering to coding standards. Perform manual testing of web-based applications and services. Proactive in both manual and automation testing with a good understanding of web-based architecture and debugging web/server errors. Independently handle functional, database, sanity, integration, and regression testing within SCRUM guidelines. Review code, fix issues in automation runs, perform root cause analysis, and track defects. Identify automatable test cases, setup test data, execute automated tests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Contribute to project delivery, adhere to test strategies, and collaborate with developers, QA, project managers, and BA teams. Escalate blocking issues promptly, with solid knowledge in SDLC and STLC processes. Technical skills include automation testing, C# programming, testing web services/APIs, and using tools like Fiddler, SOAP UI, and POSTMAN. Strong in SQA methodologies, SQL, and automation tools like Selenium, Protractor, and Playwright. Experience with automation frameworks, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and defect management is essential. Knowledge in testing web services is desirable.
