Senior Associate, Marketing Compliance

The Senior Associate, Marketing Compliance will be responsible for reviewing proposed advertising, marketing and client communications materials to identify any legal or compliance risks. You will partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Legal and Compliance to manage risk and enable business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will conduct reviews of marketing materials to ensure they meet legal and securities legislation requirements, advise the Marketing team and other stakeholders on the applicable requirements and risks associated with certain practices, and draft promotional and contest materials for various products. They will also collaborate with different teams to flag potential issues on promotional launches.
