Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence. Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams. Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time. Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey. You will also work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform.
