Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist with deep experience in HubSpot to manage, optimize, and scale our email marketing and marketing automation programs. You’ll own the setup, execution, testing, and reporting of automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications — ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for prospects and customers across the funnel.
You will build and maintain automated workflows, nurture sequences, triggered and “next best action” campaigns in HubSpot. You will leverage AI-powered tools and also manage segmentation and personalization to deliver relevant, timely communications. You will also monitor and maintain database health and drive best practices and scaling automation as we grow.
