Investor Relations (IR) Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) Manager to help drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with the broader investment community. This role is critical to articulating our growth story, engaging current and prospective investors, and supporting capital strategy in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing due diligence processes , coupled with an established network of venture capital firms, growth equity investors, and family offices . You will partner closely with the executive team to develop compelling narratives, prepare investor materials, and ensure transparent communication throughout the investment lifecycle. You will also leverage your existing network, own and manage the investor due diligence process, serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective investors, and monitor industry trends.
