QA Specialist

Salescloser.ai is seeking a QA Specialist, a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for ensuring excellence in every release, to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position where, in collaboration with the Product Development Department, the QA Specialist is responsible for the success of Salescloser.ai. Responsibilities include creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and cases, estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities, and designing, developing, and improving test processes. The specialist will also design, develop, and execute test cases, analyze results, and create test reports to track results, as well as identify, record and document bugs. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Application (Hardware & Software) support and troubleshooting, extensive knowledge and experience dealing with processes, methods and standards in the area of software testing and quality, and solid understanding of common browsers and the Windows operating system.
