IT Trainer - 6 Month FTC

As an IT Trainer you will partner with program managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and design learning plans that blend live sessions with self-paced and digital content and adapt materials to suit diverse learning styles and geographies. You will deliver engaging in-person and virtual classroom training for employees at all levels, facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and webinars that drive knowledge retention and confidence. You will create short, engaging videos, how-to guides, and eLearning modules and develop online learning paths and toolkits for self-paced learning. You will also gather feedback and measure training effectiveness while updating content to reflect program changes or user needs.
