Build Foundational Systems: Building foundational systems to support new referral pathways, integrations, and patient experiences.

Developing tools and workflows to improve how new partners, channels, or markets connect into Grow’s platform.

Improving platform reliability and performance as new use cases and volumes emerge.

Contribute Meaningfully: Contribute meaningfully to real-world systems and can own development tasks with guidance.

Comfortable working across backend APIs and frontend interfaces, ideally with Python and modern React/TypeScript.

Focus on how your work drives business and user value.

Collaborative Environment: Communicate clearly, work well across functions, and contribute to a supportive team culture. Iterate quickly, and navigate shifting priorities.

Shaping technical patterns and best practices for a newly formed, fast-moving team.
