Job Description

Work cross-functionally between Technical Support, Supply Chain, Pricing, Legal, and Product Marketing organizations within the company to meet customers’ needs. Manage the relationship with the account, including contract manufacturers, distributors, and end customers. Drive customer revenue and shipments to meet account and company goals. Manage internal and external communication, ensuring alignment and consistency within WD and externally to the customer. Available, responsive, and timely to customer inquiries, requests, and problem resolution, even after hours. Coordinate customer pricing and rebate communication. Manage product lifecycle by account, and host technology and business meetings weekly and quarterly. Manage meeting preparation and logistics. Map customer relationships and identify areas for improvement. Manage revenue, PB, and unit shipment data.
