New Developer Programs Associate

Take a hands-on role in supporting and growing Grafana Labs' open source and developer communities, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll help implement programs that empower contributors, foster connections within the community, and guide internal teams on how to engage effectively. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys organizing meetups, managing swag and recognition, supporting contributors, and helping evaluate local conference sponsorships. You’ll also own a few scoped projects each quarter, with the opportunity to lead one larger program annually. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, empathetic, resilient, and highly organized—a natural collaborator and problem solver.
