Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst is a strategic and technical leader responsible for driving analytics initiatives across the organization. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and analytical rigor, and mentoring junior analysts. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and data teams to ensure that insights support business decisions and long-term goals. Responsibilities include analytics leadership and strategy, collaboration and business alignment, technical oversight and standards, and mentorship and team development. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with BI and data visualization tools.
