Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you will define, with the Engineering Manager, the short and long-term roadmap of the team's product functionalities. You will imagine new innovative functionalities and develop existing functionalities to expand product adoption; Refine product initiatives to write the epics and user stories that will constitute the backlogs of the implementation teams. You will build the team's quarterly commitments and ensure their management; Constitute sprints to deliver, incrementally, and over short periods, valuable value exploitable by product users; Constantly monitor user feedback, in order to collect their feedback, anticipate their future needs and set up automated usage collection mechanisms to adapt the roadmap; Organize user tests to confront the product strategy with the field. The mission of the Data & MLOps team is to support Mirakl's hypergrowth by providing platform capabilities, architecture and engineering practices while ensuring a high level of autonomy for all Mirakl teams, to enable them to iterate simply and foster a short-cycle innovation context.
