Site Identification, Feasibility & Selection: Maintain a curated view of pre-qualified sites, map protocol requirements, and drive feasibility quality.
Site Activation & Readiness: Orchestrate day-to-day execution from CDA through activation, prepare sites for SSVs and SIVs, and support early recruitment.
Operational Partnership: Serve as first-line partner for sites, triage issues, and maintain accurate updates in Salesforce and Asana.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years in clinical operations, site start-up, or feasibility, preferably in Phase 2–4 pharma-sponsored trials.
Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, stakeholder communication in English, and willingness to travel 20%.

Success Metrics:

Feasibility responses are faster and more accurate.
Sites are well-prepared for SSVs, SIVs, and early recruitment.
Start-up blockers are identified early, and activation timelines improve measurably.
