Job Description

The Backend Engineer will architect, develop, and maintain scalable, robust backend services, starting from voice and chat AI applications.

  • Experiment with new technologies to achieve real-time and seamless integrations, implementing POCs to try the latest trends in AI environment.
  • The engineer will integrate 3rd party APIs such as Twilio, WhatsApp, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and others.
  • Will Design, build, maintain, and improve multi-agent orchestration frameworks for AI-powered conversations including real-time communication features like websockets and streaming.
  • The engineer will collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust monitoring, logging, and operational support.
