Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for developing and deploying scalable AI models and applications for personalization and conversational AI.

Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Have 5+ years of ML engineering experience using Python and foundational technologies like vector search, recommender systems, and deep learning.
- Possess 3+ years of experience with modern NLP tools and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
Location and Work Model:
- This role is primarily remote, requiring permanent full-time residence in the United States.
- Candidates in the greater San Francisco area follow a hybrid model, working 3 days per week from the office for collaborative connection.
