Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of Integration Engineers specializing in Workday and Mulesoft as well as Corporate Engineers focused on employee lifecycle tooling. Cultivate a high-performance and collaborative team environment. Design and implement integration strategies for automating IT concerns, utilizing third-party APIs to streamline workflows and improve data hygiene. Direct and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and timelines. Guide the team in software development using languages like Go and Python. Support infrastructure as code, data pipelines, APIs, SaaS application management, and user & endpoint lifecycle management. Continuously evaluate and improve processes.
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, provide integration solutions, and drive automation initiatives.
