Principal Product Designer

Motif is seeking a Principal Product Designer to contribute on the Design team as they build a simple, collaborative and intuitive cloud-based product catering to AEC industry customers. The role involves creating production level user interfaces for web-based applications. Key responsibilities include creating and iterating on wireframes, prototypes, workflows, journey diagrams, and detailed specifications. Effective communication of UI and interaction ideas is essential. The candidate should be experienced with usability, user testing, requirements gathering, journey mapping, user research and UXD tools and frameworks. Contribution to and use of a Design System, with collaboration with engineering to ensure adoption, is expected. Expert level experience with Figma and the Adobe suite is a must, along with understanding of basic front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
