Job Description
Partner with web strategists, developers, and business stakeholders to ideate, design and implement clear and engaging design solutions across A/B tests, new landing pages, and site updates. You'll take ownership of contributing to the maintenance and evolution of the website design system, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Produce high-quality visual designs from concept through execution for both desktop and mobile experiences, with a strong focus on responsive design principles. Leverage a strong understanding of user priorities, data, research, and insights to independently inform your design decisions, evaluating trade-offs to create effective and user-centered solutions. Translate business requirements into visually appealing, engaging, and effective customer-centric designs. Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners, acting as a trusted design partner and effectively presenting your design rationale to secure project team alignment. You'll manage a pipeline of work, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and higher quality outcomes and work closely with developers on QA to ensure releases are up to quality standards.
