Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve our Looker platform, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting for Operations and other teams.
• You will be the primary point of contact for Looker company-wide, managing dashboards, data models, and connectivity between Snowflake and other sources.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain the dashboards that keep Operations running, including SLAs, exception management, and vendor insights.
• Oversee data quality and provenance, and design an agentic reporting layer for self-service ad hoc queries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Science, and business units to meet their reporting needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science, with professional Looker experience.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, git, and similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership.
