Director of Growth, Konnect

Looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of Growth to lead the next chapter of self-serve success for Kong Konnect. You’ll drive activation and conversion improvements across the platform, including owning and scaling our self-serve assist motion to support users through friction points in their journey. This role will report to the VP of Product Growth and will initially lead a team of two, with plans to grow the team as we scale. This position is a key part of our product-led growth (PLG) strategy. Own the self-serve assist motion in-product chat experience that helps users when they get stuck in their self-serve journey. Improve the user journey from signup to conversion and expansion. Lead the roadmap for A/B testing and experiments.
