About the Role:
- Shape Clutch's application security and cloud security posture as a key advisor on secure architecture.
- Work embedded in engineering to drive secure by design, threat modeling, and proactive risk mitigation.
What You'll Do:
- Assess risks and integrate security tooling (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, IaC scanning) into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead Secure SDLC rollout, cloud security controls, and automated threat detection.
- Develop secure libraries, mentor a security champion network, and threat model new services.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in application security, ideally in startups or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of web app security, API hardening, and threat modeling.
- Strong coding in Node.js, Python, or Go and experience with compliance frameworks.
