Responsibilities:
- Build and customize marketing pages using WordPress, Elementor, and Contentful, writing custom code to extend functionality and support dynamic content.
- Implement A/B testing and account-based marketing experiences, ensuring technical accuracy, site stability, and optimal performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough QA testing across browsers and devices, debugging issues and maintaining clean code hygiene for fast, reliable web experiences.
Technical Requirements:
- 1-3 years of front-end development experience with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress/Elementor customization.
- Familiarity with modern CMS workflows like Contentful and experience translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing execution, GA4 event tracking validation, and advanced debugging using Chrome DevTools.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner closely with senior developers, UX, and performance marketing teams to align web deliverables with campaign timelines and revenue initiatives.
- Maintain a performance-first mindset focused on Core Web Vitals while demonstrating a collaborative, coachable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure marketing experiences launch quickly and perform reliably, protecting conversion integrity and supporting the company's growth objectives.
