Retail Coordinator, Order Processing/Fulfillment

Reporting to the Manager, Retail Operations, we are seeking a Retail Coordinator, Order Processing/Fulfillment to manage the full purchase order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating with internal teams, third-party logistics (3PL), and suppliers to resolve fulfillment issues, maintain inventory records, and manage documentation through EDI and Excel systems. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, communicating orders to the internal team and Third-Party Warehouse team (3PL), reviewing Purchase Orders, entering Purchase Orders into Excel worksheets via EDI loading or manual entry, submitting orders to 3PL and internal teams for routing and shipping, following up on 3PL, preparing order fulfillment documentation, coordinating with warehouse staff, updating order status, resolving issues, maintaining inventory records, and invoicing using the EDI system.
