Lead electrical design and technical oversight for utility-scale PV plants, including PV system sizing, transformers, and inverter integration.
Own development and maintenance of technical specifications, design criteria, standards, and exhibits.
Serve as a technical lead in vendor and EPC interactions; review proposals and technical schedules; and support contract exhibit negotiations.

Ensure Grid Compliance and System Reliability:

Oversee MV system design, substation coordination, and interconnection requirements to meet NEC, IEEE, and utility standards.
Conduct or review power system modeling and analysis to support interconnection studies and performance validation.
Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, grid requirements, and best practices for large-scale infrastructure.

Support Cross-Functional Project Execution:

Provide subject matter expertise across development, procurement, and construction to support successful project delivery.
Collaborate with inverter manufacturers, utilities, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive alignment.
