Act as technical lead for HV primary circuit engineering on substation projects (AIS/GIS), from concept through detail design and construction support.
Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams, including primary, secondary, civil, and commissioning engineers.
Interface with project managers, clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure technical compliance, constructability, and timely delivery.

Primary Design & Engineering:

Develop and review HV primary circuit designs, including substation layouts, equipment arrangements, busbar configurations, and HV cable systems.
Define technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, client specifications, and local grid codes).
Perform site evaluations and feasibility studies to optimize layout, safety clearances, access, and future expandability.

Expert Support & Mentorship:

Provide expert technical guidance and decision-making support on HV primary circuit matters.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, reviewing designs and supporting their technical development.
Act as a reference point for complex technical issues related to HV equipment and substation configurations.
