Project Delivery & Execution:
- Lead the protection and controls engineering scope for complex renewable energy and substation projects.
- Independently develop and review complex electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations.
- Oversee preparation and quality review of electrical design drawings.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Represent the protection and controls discipline in project meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support technical client interactions across multiple projects and portfolios.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and power systems engineers to ensure integrated design delivery.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Assign tasks to and direct discipline team members to complete assignments.
- Provide mentorship and technical development to other staff members.
- Review work for technical accuracy and professional soundness.
