Management and Operations:
- Support transmission engineering managers and individual contributors.
- Take responsibility for the team’s timely completion of a portfolio of projects.
- Provide guidance to electrical engineers performing power system studies.
Business Development Support:
- Support responses to RFPs and development of Scopes of Work.
- Participate and coordinate industry involvement through conferences.
- Build and manage key customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in power systems engineering roles.
- Experience or familiarity with PSS/E, TARA, DSATools, Aspen, and other transmission analysis tools.
- Strong people skills and ability to maintain client satisfaction.
