Open Positions

  • Perform power system studies including EMT, steady state, and model development using software like PSCAD, PSSE, and ETAP.
  • Provide advisory support to generation, large load, and merchant transmission developers while ensuring project quality and budget objectives.
  • Lead, teach, and mentor junior level Power Systems Engineers, and maintain strong understanding of industry standards like IEEE/IEC/CIGRE.

  • Lead transmission planning and generator interconnection studies, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring quality deliverables, resource utilization, and staff development.
  • Drive business development, build client relationships, and contribute to industry advancements.

  • Lead a team of power system engineers performing modeling and NERC technical studies for clients.
  • Interact with clients to seek input and address their needs and concerns with respect to project study scope of work.
  • Perform advanced and specialized studies of the power grid utilizing industry standard analysis platforms such as PSCAD, PSS/e, and DSA Tools.

Project Manager

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for utility distribution projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and issue resolution.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability tracking, while supporting business development.

  • Builds market position by developing and closing business relationships, identifying trendsetter ideas, and analyzing market strategies.
  • Manages new business pipeline, develops negotiating strategies, and closes deals by coordinating with technical teams.
  • Expands relationships with existing customers, prepares reports, and increases market awareness through industry events and RFPs.
