Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior technical resource and advisor for the team.
- Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for substation scopes.
- Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 6 years of relevant high voltage substation design experience.
- Professional Engineer license (PE).
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bentley MicroStation.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in assessing mechanical forces and thermal effects of high fault currents on rigid bus.
- Knowledge of construction practices and constructability.
- Working knowledge of scheduling and project controls processes.
