About the Role:
- The Senior Development Assurance Engineer will own ARP4754B-compliant processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Systems Engineering to mature requirements sets from prototype through production.
- Cross-train in DO-178C and DO-254 compliance while mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assess existing processes and tools against ARP4754B to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Build Development Assurance plans, audit plans, and process control plans for future certification programs.
- Conduct independent audits to confirm teams follow established processes.
Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of Development Assurance experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Direct hands-on experience with SAE ARP4754A/B and ARP4761/A.
- Strong audit, technical writing, and communication skills with regulatory agency experience.
