Senior Engineering Manager

Looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers as both a hands-on technical mentor and strategic systems architect. This role blends deep engineering experience with an appetite for building high-functioning teams, developing technical strategy, and influencing the company’s approach to data-driven innovation. The role is about orchestrating momentum, unlocking autonomy, and driving predictability, while contributing to the systems and architecture that fuel our AI-powered platform. You will be central to our transition from forming to storming, building a foundation of trust, decision-making speed, and collective ownership as we scale. Drive the full software development lifecycle for high-impact, roadmap-aligned features. Partner with Data team and CTO to evolve our platform into a source of structured, high-quality data for AI model training, analysis, and operational intelligence.
