Lead and motivate a team of account managers across the Mid-Market segment. Drive initiatives and strategies/tactics to drive quarter-over-quarter improvement in gross retention and expansion. Work closely with the VP of Account Management to strategize on new product sales, renewals, and other expansion strategies, and then work with your team to ensure successful execution. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align playbooks and lifecycle motions for Mid-Market success. Define an effective forecasting process to drive predictable revenue and stability. Drive development of the processes, behaviors, and relationships that will expand the offering to the thousands of innovative companies that use Greenhouse to become great at hiring.
