Quality Assurance Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies covering UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing.
• Own key QA activities, including quality metrics, industry best practices, testing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and execute automated test suites for front-end and back-end components using tools such as TestComplete and ReadyAPI.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA principles.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing both manual and automated test cases, including automated testing with TestComplete and SQL.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences through release notes, presentations, and documentation.
