Business Application Reporting:
- Work with CRM Development Team to identify business needs and user requirements.
- Gather and analyze raw data from various systems and reports.
- Help create and maintain database solutions related to reporting.
Information Analysis:
- Identify and utilize key data resources.
- Combine data from multiple sources to assist in the analysis of assigned projects.
- Validate data thoroughly to ensure integrity.
Office of Philanthropy Support:
- Acts as liaison between PRM team, CRM team, and field fundraisers.
- Ensures the integrity of CRM reports that are produced from PRM.
- Completes data entry and data edit projects.
