About the Role:
- Small product engineering team at a venture capital and startup accelerator.
- Build software for founders and internal teams, owning the product experience end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and ship full-stack applications for admissions, events, and internal operations.
- Integrate external services like calendar, messaging, email, and data systems.
- Automate admissions workflows and build internal dashboards and LLM-powered tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 to 12 years of experience shipping production software in a startup environment.
- Full-stack experience with ownership of product decisions and workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, Rails, React, and PostgreSQL, plus AI or semantic search experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range from $185,000 to $485,000 USD.
- Remote within the United States, visa sponsorship available.
