Join our dynamic team at Redzone as a Readiness Coach and Project Manager, helping to lead the way in delivering exceptional project implementation experiences for our clients! Under the guidance of our Platform Leadership Team, you will assist in managing the end-to-end implementation of Redzone’s solutions, working closely with customers to gather requirements, oversee configurations, and ensure a seamless transition to onsite coaching and support. Your expertise will be vital in delivering projects on time, addressing risks proactively, validating system readiness and driving customer satisfaction.
This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote, US-based role with up to 80% travel required. As a Readiness Coach, you will lead the customer journey from project initiation to onsite coaching, configure Redzone software to align with client manufacturing processes, and manage multiple concurrent deployments.
