Director, Multi Line Account Engineer

Provide in depth portfolio management of a dedicated UW team. Responsibilities include working with underwriters to review incoming submissions and advise on engineering support, reviewing in force accounts to determine the status of open engineering aspects such as recommendations, surveys, and service, and assessing account performance. This role also involves determining which accounts require engineering services, coordinating service for the team’s accounts, including both on-site physical surveys and virtual/phone surveys. Required skills include experience with conducting all lines surveys, servicing all lines accounts, analyzing loss data, and using Microsoft suite tools.
