We’re seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to lead Health & Safety improvement and performance in our America’s North Country Group. You’ll partner and coach our plant leaders and EHS professionals to drive a culture where safety and environmental performance is supported and valued. Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.

This role combines package engineering and quality. You'll set the gold standard for finished goods quality, lead internal and external quality initiatives, and be a key voice in ensuring products meet the highest expectations. You will develop relationships with suppliers to identify packaging, create finished good specifications, and drive process improvements.
