• Conduct risk control surveys and services for large account risk control portfolio.
• Produce detailed written reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk selection.
• Design and deliver strategic service plans for EMC’s largest and most complex accounts.

Conduct quality control reviews of technical deliverables such as ESAs and TSAs. Communicate technical findings with internal and external clients. Coordinate project priorities and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Provide in depth portfolio management of a dedicated UW team (5 -10 Underwriters). Working with underwriters to review incoming submissions and advising what engineering support is warranted. Reviewing in force accounts of the UW team to determine status of open engineering aspects, account performance, and if additional engineering support is warranted. Determining which accounts merit engineering services. Coordinating service for the team’s accounts which may include both on site physical surveys and some virtual/phone surveys.

Apply Mantis survey methodology in the facility inspection process (roof, walls, pavement, and energy) for facility asset management projects. The primary duty will surround commercial roof surveys, but other duties may include pavement surveys, building envelope surveys, and quality assurance observation.
