Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead and influence plant leadership to improve H&S performance.
- Enforce company policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Drive EHS culture change through coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure plants have proper tools, guidance, and support for HS programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor in technical areas.
- Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in EH&S, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
