Job Description
- Promoting Safety Culture: Continually promote the company's health & safety ethos, ensuring a supportive working environment across Field Operations.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend actions to mitigate potential safety issues.
- Training and Communication: Deliver health and safety training for colleagues, ensuring understanding of responsibilities. Develop informative and engaging safety-related communications.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Support Managers in accident/incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and reporting. Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
