The role involves leading the organic social media strategy across all Ruby Labs brands and platforms, with a direct focus on driving organic growth and product trials. This includes campaign ideation, content calendar management, performance growth, creative collaboration, analytics & reporting, trend spotting, and cross-functional alignment.
