Occupational Health Specialist I- MX (Remote)

The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. They support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, and monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include confirming and expiring drug tests, checking the status of occupational health services, adhering to client specifics, and contacting vendors for additional information on testing requests. They will also work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites and manually register them for testing when necessary.
