Accountabilities:
- Lead product strategy and execution for the data platform, maintaining a clear long-term roadmap across data infrastructure, metrics, and AI capabilities.
- Own integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, clinical, and other interconnected systems, resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Establish data quality, reliability, and monitoring as core product requirements to ensure trusted business data.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms or data infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of the modern data stack including ELT, cloud data warehousing, BI layers, and reverse ETL.
- Comfortable using SQL and independently reasoning about data grain, joins, and data quality.
