Staff, Data Product Manager

About the job:

• We are seeking a Staff, Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development roadmap, and lifecycle of our data products and platforms.
• This role works at the intersection of data, technology, and business to unlock the value of data across the organization.
• You'll turn fragmented, raw data into structured, usable assets that drive decision-making, automation, and personalization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products that support data-driven insights.
• Act as the bridge between data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and compliance practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in product management, engineering, or analytics with a focus on data products.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, and analytics/BI tools like AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau.
• Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
