The Registrar Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of academic programs and processes, contributing to the success of students. This role involves managing student records, coordinating various activities, and providing exceptional service to students and stakeholders. You will provide day-to-day operational assistance to the Registrarβs Office, evaluate transcripts, handle inquiries, serve as a liaison, and document receipts. You will also assist with student issues and ensure compliance with institution and federal regulations.
Compliance is key, and you'll need to demonstrate knowledge of and carefully follow all applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations. Effective communication of compliance requirements to other staff and quick escalation of any compliance concerns to the Compliance department is required. This is a full-time remote position.
