What you’ll be challenged to do:
- Develop substation layout drawings, one lines, three lines, and calculations for substations from 34.5kV to 500kV.
- Prepare equipment specifications, material lists, and collaborate internally on power projects.
- Build client relationships, prepare proposals, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
What you will bring to our firm:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer license or on the path.
- 3+ years progressive experience in power and utility industry substation design.
- Demonstrated ability with project management software for scope, schedule, and budget management.
What we prefer you bring:
- Advanced Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Inventor.
- Commitment to driving strong business performance and continuous improvement.
