As a Staff Software Engineer you will act as the technical leader for the new team, owning key technical decisions and collaborating closely with product, design, and platform teams to design not only a new app, but the complete set of mobile technologies. You’ll define architecture, drive engineering best practices, and mentor teammates to raise the bar on code quality, reliability, and execution. Your work will directly impact how customers access care, manage their health, and engage with our platform.
You will also break down complex problems into actionable implementation plans and guide architectural decisions aligned with long-term strategy, design scalable, maintainable mobile solutions with minimal rework, full test coverage and clear documentation.
