Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager to support our Data Engineering function. This role will serve as the connective point between internal teams and external data vendors, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of campaign data. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical understanding and clear communication, thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and can translate complex information into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in pharmaceutical or HCP media environments is strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities include managing relationships with data vendors, coordinating vendor data delivery, and maintaining organized records. You will also partner with Client Service and Business Intelligence, lead status meetings, and contribute to process improvements. You will monitor client data use, anticipate workflow issues, and ensure compliance. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical project management and have strong communication skills.
